Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required or related field
• CPA licensure is a plus
• 2+ years accounting experience and 2+ years FP&A experience
• Strong Excel, Sage, and Power BI skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
• Detail-oriented with proactive, deadline-driven mindset
• Willing to collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Create leverage and build capacity for Deputy CFO and Corporate Controller.
• Provide analysis of period-over-period and budget variance, plus trends.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for profitability.
• Collaborate with executives and teams to model strategic initiatives.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis.
• Support accounting with recurring and non-recurring entries.
• Work with data team to ensure timely stakeholder reporting.
