Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting and financial planning/analysis experience.
• CPA licensure is a plus but not required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Sage, and ideally Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and translate complex concepts into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Create leverage and build capacity for Deputy CFO and Corporate Controller.
• Provide analysis of period-over-period, budget variance, and trends.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decisions.
• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities to grow and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to align plans with initiatives.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Support accounting with monthly recurring and non-recurring entries.
• Work with data team to ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.
