Qualifications

• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Office, MS Excel, and financial reporting systems.
• Some periods require extra hours during peak activity.

Responsibilities

• Support forecast, strategic and operating plan development, providing insights into key drivers and risks.
• Support balance sheet and cash flow planning, forecasting, and monthly analysis.
• Apply knowledge of the business to offer insights and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Perform financial modeling to support existing and new initiatives, leading to better decisions.
• Perform data mining and research to identify trends that drive results.
• Prepare monthly reporting and business analysis, enabling ongoing enhancements.
• Drive outcomes by collaborating with other areas to solve new issues.
• Train and develop new team members on basic tasks and skills.
