Schnucks is seeking a Financial Analyst to help prepare short- and long-term financial plans and to participate in capital planning with rigorous financial metrics. The analyst will build models, forecast results, and deliver analyses to guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA/CPA/CFA) preferred.
• 1 year or less of experience preferred for internal candidates; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in short- and long-term financial planning and forecasting.
• Support capital planning through project justifications using NPV/ROI/PI.
• Build financial models and analyses for special projects and ad hoc needs.
• Prepare internal financial reporting and variance analyses.
• Provide leadership and training to interns and teammates.
