Assists in the capital planning process, including development and review of project justifications based on key financial metrics such as NPV, ROI and PI. Routinely prepares and provides other financial analysis to support all areas of the company, ensuring we are making financial decisions based on quantitative information. Provide leadership, training and support to department interns and other teammates.This role requires 4 days in office for up to 6 months to learn the role and then will be able to shift to 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. This role is located in St Louis, Missouri.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Assist in the preparation of the long-term (3-5 year) financial plan, the annual financial plan and the weekly forecast. Responsible for reliability of the forecast details and variance analyses.* Assist in the capital planning process, including development and review of project justifications based on key financial metrics such as NPV, ROI and PI.
