TOTE Resources in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the corporate finance team onsite. You will develop and analyze weekly projections, manage month-end close, and support budgets for vessels, fuel, and capital.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance with 3–5 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. This is an on-site role at the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years related finance/accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze weekly financial projections for vessel operations and fuel costs, including PO analysis.
• Execute month-end closing tasks, including accruals and backup documentation.
• Analyze and report financial position with variance explanations vs. plan.
• Support operational and capital budgets; forecast and manage budgets.
• Prepare annual budgets for vessel operations, fuel, and capital.
• Provide FSM, NSE, and Adaptive software system support and guidance.
• Track financial mechanisms of contracts in budgeting and reporting.
• Lead finance on assigned projects as needed.
