Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support Regional Operations Managers and their teams. You will track and forecast budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial reporting across multiple lines of business.

The role requires strong analytical and written/verbal communication, plus proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Travel to other company locations may be required; you will assemble weekly reports and prepare agendas and minutes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six or more years of related experience.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, including financial reporting, variances to budget, and related information.
• Handle and process invoices, including verification of accuracy and validity, requesting approval, coding, and submitting.
• Provide guidance and assistance to team members on company programs and processes such as time reporting, expense reporting, and training.
• Requisition needed services and materials.
• Support management of department budget by compiling reports and assisting with forecasting activities.
• Provide general and specialized information regarding departmental support functions.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information and issues in an appropriate and professional manner.
• Review and respond to internal and external communications while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
• Maintain the records filing system in accordance with company standards.
• Assemble weekly management reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes as requested.
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Perform other tasks as required.
