Dynamic Map Platform North America, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to bridge between sales, operations, and program teams.

The role supports the monthly close cycle and monthly forecast updates, with duties spanning budget tracking, journal entries, fixed assets, and end-of-month processes. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field, with strong Excel skills, and experience with Netsuite/Oracle preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred), Business or related field (MBA preferred)
• High proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint and other software proficiency required
• Experience with Netsuite or Oracle systems a plus
• Ability to learn new systems and continuously improve
• Detail- and results-oriented
• Ability to lead and influence non-finance partners
• Experience creating journal entries and other accounting functions (AP, AR, PO)
• Ability to create a budget and perform actual vs budget analysis with variances explained to leaders
• Ability to perform financial analysis with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reporting
• Must work with incomplete or ambiguous information and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in revenue recognition and/or consolidations is an asset
• Fluency in Japanese a plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage, track, and report on performance to department budgets
• Support internal and external audits as required
• Create and share analyses to help team improve performance to targets
• Create journal entries to complete monthly close
• Maintain Fixed Assets ledger
• General month-end close assignments
• Detailed tracking of costs for multiple projects and departments
• Financial planning & analysis responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, performance metrics reporting and process improvement
