Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Construction accounting and/or public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and ODBC connections.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports for management.
• Analyze actuals versus budgets and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain internal financial reporting packages and dashboards.
• Support cross-functional teams and drive process improvements in budgeting and reporting.
• Translate business strategies into financial models and performance metrics.
• Create BI reports, PowerPoint presentations and data models for operations.
