Job summary

CFS, a growing manufacturing organization, seeks a Senior Financial Operations Analyst to own analytics initiatives and provide strategic insights that influence operational strategy. The role includes leadership of budgeting, forecasting, and Power BI reporting with direct executive exposure.

You will partner across operations, manufacturing, and finance to shape KPIs, drive profitability, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of financial analysis, operations analytics, or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced Power BI experience with dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.
ERP experience required, SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis activities.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Analyze manufacturing performance, capital investments, and operational initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
Partner with leadership teams to establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that support business objectives.
Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
Present financial insights, variance analyses, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership.
