Intiva Health, a tech startup, seeks a Senior Financial Project Manager to lead cross-functional finance initiatives and strategic project delivery. The role collaborates with administrative leadership to shape financial strategy and coordination across departments.

You will develop and implement financial models for project financing, screen new business opportunities, and drive deal execution with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, information systems, business or accounting.
• 5+ years project and program management experience.
• Experience leading complex finance and reporting initiatives.
• Business process reengineering experience.
• Experience in crypto currency and related distributed ledger technologies.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with finance systems and reporting, especially in tech/software/healthcare/production.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement financial models for project financing.
• Screen, research and evaluate new business development opportunities.
• Apply experience to identify PM tools to manage resources, schedules, risks and issues while tracking milestones.
• Analyze operational and financial data (program budget and planning).
• Manage projects involving research, analysis, planning, development and implementation, monitor progress and timelines, communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist the project-development team in sensitivity and scenario analysis; underwrite, due diligence and drive deal closure.
• Proactively communicate with internal and external audiences during deal execution.
• Prepare collateral materials for investor presentations; conduct regulatory, market and financial analysis.
• Influence and drive key decisions for project execution.

Job Summary

The role will work closely with the administrative leadership team. This person will provide effective project management and financial strategy and coordination across all company departments. This role leverages his/her in-depth knowledge of financial project management.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Create and implement financial models for project financing
• Screen, research and evaluate new business development opportunities
• Apply experience to identify appropriate PM tools to manage resources, schedules, risks and issues while tracking the completion of milestones
• Analyze operational and financial (program budget and planning) data
• Manage projects that involve research, analysis, planning, development and implementation activities, monitor the progress and timeline, and communicate with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties
• Assist the project-development team in sensitivity and scenario analysis and deal structure. Underwrite, conduct due diligence, and drive deal closure.
• Proactively communicate with and set expectations for internal and external audiences during the deal execution process
• Prepare collateral materials for investor presentations. Conduct regulatory, market and financial analysis
• Influence and drive key decisions for project execution

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required (finance, information systems, business, accounting required); MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accountancy is preferred
• 5+ years project and program management experience
• Experience in leading complex finance and reporting initiatives
• Business process reengineering
• Experience in crypto currency & related distributed ledger technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
• Experience with finance systems and reporting, particularly in technology / software sector/ healthcare/ or production
