Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation and PMO to lead the disciplined execution of the Finance project portfolio. You will set governance, reporting, and benefits realization, driving standardization and scalable methods across the Finance organization.

The role partners with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable programs, while managing strategic initiatives end-to-end and aligning with the Global Shared Services network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of program/project management delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience establishing and managing benefits realization frameworks and KPI measurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel/Power BI.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance PMO to manage end‑to‑end portfolio governance, standards, and reporting.
• Partner with MYSSC to align Malaysia-led initiatives with CFO visibility.
• Drive Finance Transformation roadmap with structured programs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Standardize processes across Finance to improve efficiency and controls.
• Build portfolio dashboards and health reporting covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, and benefits.
