Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs within Finance Digital Enablement. You will drive strategy-to-execution, partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders, and deliver measurable business value across multiple teams and initiatives.

You will manage governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of finance technology, AI, and automation programs in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years leading complex transformation programs in large organizations.
• Experience with Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Revenue, Treasury, Tax).
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Finance transformation programs with significant business impact.
• Define program objectives, governance, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
• Partner with Finance leaders, Global Process Owners, and IT to align priorities and delivery approaches.
• Establish governance models, reporting, and action-oriented metrics for executives.
• Drive risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
• Coordinate business and technology workstreams, requirements, design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
