UKG is seeking a Principal Program Manager for Finance Digital Enablement to lead complex, enterprise-scale transformations across the Finance organization. You will partner with Business Owners, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive strategy, governance, and value realization from planning through deployment.

This senior role goes beyond project management, requiring the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes through Finance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years leading complex transformation programs in large organizations.
Experience delivering Finance transformation initiatives and enterprise technology implementations.
Strong governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs across UKG’s Finance organization.
Partner with Finance leaders, IT Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and delivery approaches.
Drive governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure value realization.
Manage risks, dependencies, and adoption outcomes across multiple workstreams.
