Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor of Strategic Finance to execute and review financial analyses across FP&A and transaction-related engagements. The role requires advanced financial modeling, valuation expertise, and coordination with engagement leaders to deliver high-quality insights.

You will support day-to-day workstreams, guide junior team members, and prepare client-ready materials for management and executives, while leveraging analytical tools to drive confident recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience.
• Advanced experience with integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Strong valuation skills (income and market approaches).
• Experience supporting client-facing engagements or internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executes and reviews complex financial analyses and models for strategic finance and FP&A engagements.
• Develops and reviews operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models.
• Analyzes financial data to assess performance, growth opportunities and risks.
• Supports M&A, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure initiatives through analysis and due diligence.
• Prepares client-ready analyses and presentation materials for management and executives.
• Coordinates engagement workstreams and mentors junior team members.
