American Riviera is seeking a Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst in Atascadero, CA. The role focuses on financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining controls, and supporting budget processes.

The position requires a degree in accounting/finance or business and 3–5 years in finance, with strong Excel and analytical capabilities. You will work with the Finance team to ensure accurate reports and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required or preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience in accounting/financial reporting or analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting knowledge; familiarity with banking regs helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financials, board presentations and quarterly reports.
• Support Controller and CFO in planning, reporting and tax activities.
• Assist with annual budget, reforecasting, and variance analyses.
• Load data for planning and reporting software and reconcile balances.
• Coordinate tax projections and regulatory reporting including FFIEC/FRY9-series.
