Job summary

ATR International is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst who can operate from Palo Alto, CA or remotely within the US. The role requires 8+ years in financial reporting and analytics, with expert Excel skills and the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for management.

You will prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports and dashboards, identify trends and risks, and present findings to executives.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in financial reporting and analytics.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
US Citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and maintain weekly/monthly financial reports and dashboards.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
Utilize Excel macros, pivot tables, and charts to analyze and present data.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Prepare financial presentations and communicate insights to management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial information.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and presented clearly.
Take ownership of assigned financial analysis and reporting projects.
