Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Project Manager in Richland, WA to plan, coordinate, and execute projects with a strong emphasis on cost estimating, financial analysis, and budget control. The role leads project teams and interfaces with clients and subcontractors to ensure value and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a degree with relevant PM experience in electric utilities or similar settings, plus PM certification for higher levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and two years of project management or professional level experience in an electric public utility or similar environment.
Or an Associate’s degree with three years of progressive project management experience in a related setting.
Or a high school diploma with five years of progressive project management experience in a related environment.
Project Management certification is required for Levels II-III.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to support decisions.
Prepare scopes of work, schedule projections, and resource plans.
Collaborate with estimating teams to validate bid proposals and cost breakdowns.
Manage vendor contracts, change orders, and procurement with strong financial oversight.
Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors for transparent execution.
