ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Project Manager- Estimating Financial III to lead projects from planning through completion, developing cost estimates, budgets, financial forecasts, and resource plans while ensuring schedule and budget adherence. This hybrid role is based in Richland, WA.

The ideal candidate has PM experience in utility/government environments, with a background in estimating, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and PM software. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with progressive PM experience in electric utility or government settings.
• PM certification required for Level II/III.
• Background in estimating, financial analysis, cost engineering, or budget management.
• Proficient with project management, scheduling, and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering reviews, and risk assessments.
• Prepare scopes of work, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships.
