Job summary

Wonder in New York is seeking a Finance Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives across the organization. You will drive end-to-end projects from process redesign and compliance to M&A integration and financial systems implementation, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, scope multi-phase projects, allocate resources, and deliver on milestones while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and change management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of cross-functional PM experience in finance/operations.
• Experience delivering regulatory/compliance initiatives and operational restructures.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects across finance, operations, and regulatory domains.
• Define scope, timelines, resources, and roadmaps with milestones.
• Manage project lifecycle from kickoff to post-implementation review.
• Partner with Legal, HR, IT, Operations, and executives for alignment.
