Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large, high‑risk strategic programs in finance. You will guide a team of project managers across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery within budget and delivering the expected business and financial returns.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape the project approach, governance, and reporting, while mentoring staff and improving PM practices within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across finance, business analysis, transformation and project management.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required.
• Experience facilitating and driving meetings at senior level.
• Experience on Project / Solution Life Cycles and delivering finance programs.
• Cross functional collaboration across geographies and business units.
• Strong business and financial acumen; stakeholder management skills.
• Project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of financial systems; SAP a plus; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to a team delivering high impact programs.
• Represent the Finance organization on large scale projects and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Lead objectives across multiple projects and manage baseline objectives, scope, schedule and budget.
• Engage senior leaders to share status, risks and goals; drive accountability.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure scope alignment with ADUSA strategy.
• Mentor project managers and ensure adherence to PM best practices.
