Qualifications

• 10+ years across finance, business analysis, transformation & project management.
• Experience facilitating and driving meetings.
• Experience on Project / Solution Life Cycles.
• Experience delivering finance programs and requirements.
• Experience with cross functional teams across geographies.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and oversight to a team delivering high impact programs.
• Represents the Finance organization on large scale projects.
• Leads objectives across multiple projects and functions.
• Establishes baseline objectives, scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Engages Sr Leadership to apprise of program status and goals.
• Ensures alignment to project scope and ADUSA strategy.
• Mentors project managers in methodology execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Develops and maintains project governance and status reporting.
• Manages project documents and risk logs.
