Job summary

Roche in Indiana seeks an entrepreneurial finance professional to join the Innovation Finance team as an Enterprise Partner for Roche Information Solutions. You will partner with Software Engineering and Data Platform & Insights Services across US chapters to provide strategic financial coaching and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance / business administration is required.
• MA/MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 6+ years work experience in finance roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience as finance enterprise partner in the diagnostics or software development industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills that inspire and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering as the embedded finance single point of contact for Software Engineering Chapters and Data Platform & Insights Services.
• Provide high-quality financial enterprise partnering, facts, and insights on R&D topics.
• Lead planning and budgeting processes, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and craft business cases to unlock value.
• Engage in cost center reviews, accruals, monthly reporting, and FTE rate calculations.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives like global footprint and site strategies; workforce planning for RIS projects.
• Identify efficiency improvements and harmonize finance processes across the digital business.
• Drive forecasting, priority setting, and resource alignment across geographies.
