Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking an Enterprise Partner for Roche Information Solutions (RIS) in Indiana. You will be the financial coach for Software Engineering and Data Platform & Insights Services, partnering with leadership to drive value, oversight, and strategic decision-making across RIS.

You will lead planning, budgeting, cost analyses, and business cases, while guiding operations for US entities. A global, collaborative role with relocation benefits offered, and strong growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance / business administration or related field is required; MA/MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 6+ years work experience in finance roles with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to effectively influence at all levels, lead and enable change, prioritize enterprise-wide.
• Excellent communication skills that inspire and motivate others.
• Interest in pursuing global career opportunities within Roche.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering as the embedded finance single point of contact for Software Engineering Chapters and Data Platform & Insights Services.
• Provide high-quality financial enterprise partnering, facts, and insights on R&D key business topics across RIS networks.
• Lead planning and budgeting processes, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and craft business cases to unlock value.
• Engage in essential operational finance activities for US entities, including cost center reviews, accruals, monthly reporting, and FTE rate calculations.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of RIS, including global footprint and site strategies.
• Identify efficiency improvements and harmonize finance processes across R&D networks and stakeholders.
• Drive and influence forecasting, priority setting, and resource alignment; support global productivity projects.
