Job summary

GHD is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Project Controls to work with Finance Managers, Project Managers and PDs to drive financial performance and provide key insights. The role focuses on pricing models for large-scale infrastructure projects and financial reporting.

This position can be based in most US GHD office locations with a preference in the northeast. GHD supports a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years' related experience in financial roles.
• Experience developing commercial pricing models for large-scale engineering projects; earned value analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance by analyzing and communicating KPIs with stakeholders.
• Provide pricing and commercial support for project proposals and projects.
• Develop project forecasts including ETC, EAC, margins, cash flow, risks, and opportunities.
• Support month-end close and budgeting processes.
• Prepare financial reporting and insights for management.
