Job summary

GHD is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Project Controls to drive financial performance with FMs, PMs, PDs and stakeholders. Focus on pricing models, EV analysis and month-end close support across major infrastructure projects.

The role supports a hybrid work model with offices across the US, especially in the northeast. Minimum five years' related experience and a finance/engineering mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or business.
• Advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of five years' related experience.
• Experience developing commercial pricing models for large-scale engineering projects.
• Experience performing earned value analysis for large-scale engineering projects.
• Commercially astute with sound business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimal financial performance by influencing, analyzing, interpreting and communicating KPIs.
• Support pricing and commercial analysis for proposals and projects.
• Participate in tender reviews from bid documentation through reporting.
• Develop forecasts including ETC, EAC, margin, cash flow, risks and opportunities.
• Provide timely reports on schedules, cost variances and earned value.
• Advise stakeholders to align financial direction and strategy.
• Assist in financial reporting and insightful analysis.
• Support month-end close and annual budgeting processes.
• Assist with project setup and work breakdown structures.
