Waupaca Foundry, Inc. seeks an embedded finance business partner to support Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams. You will translate operational realities into structured financial analyses, business cases, and capital requests, owning the process from start to finish.

The role focuses on partnering with business leaders, building board-ready analyses, and delivering actionable insights while leveraging AI tools with full ownership of outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3–10+ years in FP&A, Consulting, Analytics; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Experience with cross-functional partnering and board-level presentations.
• Power BI, AS400 and/or SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner & financial expert to executives and teams in your area.
• Own outcomes of analyses, identify pitfalls and upsides.
• Go to primary sources, spend time on the floor, read contracts, and research projects.
• Prepare and own board-ready capital requests, business cases, and financial presentations.
• Frame financial questions in operational terms and vice versa.
• Financially model business cases and reach defensible conclusions for unstructured data.
• Self-orient and drive work to completion with high accountability.
