Job summary

Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to embed with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams in Wisconsin. You will translate operational reality into structured financial analysis, business cases, and capital requests, owning the numbers and the narrative from floor to board.

You’ll partner with leaders, drive board-ready presentations, and use tools like Power BI, AS400, and SAP to model scenarios and inform strategy. On-site 5 days a week in Waupaca, WI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field is required.
Experience in FP&A, analytics, or manufacturing finance is preferred.
Experience presenting to board-level or executives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives and business units to translate operations into financial insights.
Develop board-ready capital requests and business cases.
Model financial scenarios and support capital decisions.
Drive multiple projects with accountability and minimal supervision.
