Job summary

Waupaca Foundry, a leader in iron castings, seeks an embedded finance business partner to support Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams. You will translate operational realities into structured financial analysis, business cases, and capital requests, owning the process from start to finish.

Based on your background, responsibilities may flex to cover broader areas, and you will use AI tools as resources rather than substitutes for your own judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA a plus but not required.
• 3–10+ years in FP&A, Consulting, Analytics within manufacturing.
• Experience with cross-functional partnering and board-level presentations.
• Power BI, AS400 and/or SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial expert to executives and teams in assigned areas.
• Prepare board-ready capital requests, business cases and financial presentations.
• Model financials and reach defensible conclusions with unstructured data.
• Drive work to completion with high accountability and manage multiple projects.
