Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a senior finance professional to act as the primary finance owner for a designated business segment in New York. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnering with program leaders to influence strategic decisions.

The role requires at least five years of finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and educational experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently serve as the primary finance owner and point of contact for the assigned business segment.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the program’s financial structure and performance objectives.
• Prepare, interpret, and present complex monthly financial results including revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow.
• Perform variance analysis against budget/forecast and communicate actionable insights.
• Maintain forecasts, planning and operational metrics focusing on defined KPI’s.
• Lead ad hoc financial analysis and support leaders with decision-making.
