Job summary

CA-CIB Americas is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Reporting in New York. You will coordinate monthly close meetings, oversee P&L forecasts, and manage annual budgeting for Head Office inquiries. The role drives forecasting for ALM hedging and coordinates with US and Paris finance teams.

You will also ensure USA bonus accruals, manage monthly financings closings, and act as FIX contact for CUSO management while leading a 9-person team across three locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly close meetings and oversee monthly P&L forecasts for ALM used in Head Office hedging of NY results
• Manage J-15 quarterly forecasts and other forecasts for Head Office
• Coordinate and produce the annual budget for Head Office and CFO inquiries as needed
• Ensure proper monthly bonus accruals for USA operations
• Processes monthly closing entries for Financing activities
• Serve as key FIX contact for CUSO Management
• Prepare monthly CUSO recharges and semi-annual billing
• Manage and develop a team of 9 professionals across three locations
• Delegate effectively and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration
