SiTime is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to act as a strategic business partner, delivering data-driven insights and leading planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role focuses on cost efficiency, compliance, and cross-functional alignment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related roles, preferably in a semiconductor or technology-driven company.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop business cases for new products and capital expenditures with financial modeling, risk analysis, and ROI evaluations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting performance, drivers and variances.
Maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
Partner with operations, supply chain, and R&D to align financial goals with business processes.
Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.
