Job summary

ZS is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to work with senior leaders, providing clear financial insights and driving planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams on pricing, investments, and reporting to support business decisions.

You will mentor juniors, ensure financial controls, and contribute to continuous improvement in finance tools and processes. Hybrid work and global collaboration are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA/CPA or other designations are a plus but not required.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, forecasting, variance analysis and commercial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior business leaders with clear financial insights.
• Influence commercial outcomes by identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Support pricing, deal structuring, and commercial evaluations aligned with financial objectives.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis for short and long-term planning.
• Deliver management reporting including P&L analysis, margin drivers and investment tracking.
• Mentor junior Finance Business Partners and analysts to build skills and engagement.
