The role requires 7+ years in strategic/FP&A, strong communication, and MBA preferred. Compensation includes $170,000–$175,000 with a 10% bonus, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k) and PTO, with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Compensation for the Strategic Finance Partner includes:

• Salary range: $170,000 – $175,000 depending on experience w/a 10% bonus
