Job summary

The successful candidate will manage US GAAP reporting, oversee AR/AP, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while driving efficiency and cross‑functional collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in multinational environments, ideally with European headquarters.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with IFRS or European standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management and control for the U.S. entity with HQ standards.
• Oversee AR/AP teams, ensuring accurate billing and payments.
• Manage financial closings and KPI reporting for decisions.
• Drive process optimization across finance, operations, logistics, and commercial.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow aligned with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal and regulatory obligations, coordinating audits.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to strengthen end-to-end processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and automation.
• Coach and develop AR/AP teams for accountability.
