Job summary

Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search in Irving, Texas seeks an Accounting and Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis as the company grows.

You will partner with leadership and external advisors to transition to in-house finance, optimize reporting, support valuation and growth initiatives, and ensure strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and accounting principles.
• Experience with tax planning and working with CPA or external accounting firms.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data for non-financial leaders.
• Demonstrated discretion with confidential information.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to build and improve financial processes.
• CPA designation or extensive public accounting background.
• Experience supporting valuation, ownership transition, or M&A initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, accountants, and outside advisors.
