Responsibilities

• Oversee MLML budgets across multiple funding sources.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with CSU and SJSU financial policies.
• Manage daily operations to support faculty, staff, and students.
• Improve workflows and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate facilities, space utilization, and special events.
• Supervise staff and manage personnel processes.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Serve as liaison with University Personnel and foundations.
