Qualifications

• Executive competencies: exceptional communication and negotiation skills; player-coach mentality within a $20M organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct all financial operations: monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, long-range modeling, cash flow management.
• Provide executive-level financial analysis and actionable insights to drive profitability and growth.
• Oversee capital structure, banking relationships, insurance, and credit facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: GL, payroll, AP/AR, and contract billing.
