Job summary

DQS Inc is seeking an accomplished Senior Finance & Administration leader to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and governance. The role supports the President and CEO and works with senior management to drive strategic financial decisions.

The position requires a BS/BA with CPA/CA or MBA preferred and extensive experience in financial leadership within a service-oriented environment. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/BB degree required; professional certifications preferred.
• Experience in senior management finance and administration in a service industry is expected.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, produces, and reviews financial information for accuracy and timeliness for the company.
• Assist in annual Business Plan, Strategy, budgeting and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Board/subsidiaries.
• Develops and maintains relationships with bankers, auditors, lawyers, and financial advisors.
• Lead internal controls and governance practices for financial management.
• Oversee administrative and office management personnel.
