Job summary

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory compliance while leading the Finance Department and driving professional development across staff. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of executive leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership and integrity.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
• Experience raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Budgeting, forecasting, and auditing aligned with objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term financial strategy, risk management, and investments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and communicate monthly/annual statements to CEO and Board.
• Compliance: Ensure tax planning and regulatory compliance locally and federally.
• Leadership: Direct Finance Department and contribute to executive decisions.
