Job summary

DQS USA Schaumburg is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and controls for a growing organization. The role provides strategic financial guidance to the President/CEO and senior management and requires strong leadership across finance and administration.

The ideal candidate offers a minimum of ten years in senior finance roles, CPA/MBA and experience with Dynamics AX/CRM. Hybrid work arrangement and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Ten years in a senior management finance/administration role in a service industry.
• BS/BA/BB degree; CPA, CA or MBA preferred.
• MS Office suite proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, and review financial information and reports for the Board and senior management.
• Assist in annual business plan, strategy, budget, and cash flow forecast.
• Oversee internal controls, GAAP compliance, and tax strategies.
• Manage credit/collection to minimize DSO and bad debt write-offs.
• Lead IT and facilities operations; mentor administrative staff; liaise with bankers, auditors, lawyers.
