SageSure, a leading catastrophe-exposed property insurer, is seeking a Director, Finance Strategy and Operations in Marlton, NJ. You will partner with the Chief Accounting Officer to drive strategic finance initiatives, improve operating rhythms, and scale the Corporate Finance organization as the business grows.

In this role, you will own executive priorities, ensure decision-ready materials, and coordinate across Product, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance to align on priorities and risks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance operations or strategy, with progressive leadership.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, reporting, and executive decision cycles.
• Experience leading high-impact initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic partner to the CAO and manage executive priorities.
• Lead month-end close, dashboards, and information management.
• Drive cross-functional Finance initiatives across Product, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop operating mechanisms for progress tracking and risk escalation.
