Job summary

AdvanSix seeks a seasoned Business Finance Director to oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the Parsippany-based business unit. You will lead a high-performing finance team, partner with functional leaders, and drive strategies to maximize profitability in a manufacturing context.

Key focus areas include financial strategy, risk management, and reporting, supported by ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years varied accounting/finance experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
• Perform financial forecasting including revenue, expense, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to the leadership team.
• Lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and professional development.
