Job summary

Omni is an AI analytics platform enabling trusted data for AI with a semantic model and governance built for scale. We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the financial model end-to-end, craft the FP&A playbook, and drive numbers behind major decisions, partnering with senior Finance leadership across the company.

This remote US role offers ownership over budgeting, forecasting, and commissions, with the chance to shape financial infrastructure as the business grows and evolves.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling from scratch in Excel/Sheets.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Experience running FP&A workflows: variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where scope evolves.

Responsibilities

• Own Omni's company financial model end-to-end: maintain the 5-year model, run scenario analyses, and build new components.
• Run the core monthly and quarterly FP&A cadence: variance analysis, actuals vs budget, and quarterly forecasting.
• Lead the annual budgeting process with department leaders and align budgets with the financial model.
• Own the commission model and monthly payout calculations with Sales/RevOps.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support pricing, hiring, investment cases, and leadership requests.
