Job summary

RTX is seeking a Business Manager, Program Controls in a hybrid arrangement to support the Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs. The role leads cost control, EVMS compliance, forecasting, and overall financial execution for Upgrade, Spares and In-Country Technical Assistance programs.

The candidate will manage a finance team of 1–2 professionals, partnering with Program Directors and in-country leads to align strategy with financial objectives and status reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance work experience
• Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently
• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis
• Coordinate the development Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
• Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
• Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
• Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
• Support proposal development and program start up activities
