Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Planning, Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Analytics; experience in CPG/beverage preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and translating results into actions.
• Strong partnering and influencing skills across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with strong Excel/PowerPoint; experience with BI tools like Power BI.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for market/distributor visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key finance partner and advisor to regional Sales leadership and distributor partners.
• Own regional P&L planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present performance reviews and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses and ROI studies to support leadership decisions.
• Lead pricing analysis and implement strategies to improve net sales and monitor market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and DG to plan investments and promotional calendars.
