The role covers forecasting, capital investment analysis, financial reporting, and maintaining strong controls, while partnering with site leaders to influence decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with plant and commercial leaders to evaluate opportunities for revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting decisions and long-range planning.
• Serve as trusted advisor to plant leadership with financial guidance and decision support.
• Collaborate to improve profitability through pricing, productivity, and customer analysis.
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation decisions.
• Identify capex opportunities and prepare ROI analyses for projects.
