Job summary

Moog is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the ICD site’s finance function. You will partner with the Site General Manager and Operations Director, overseeing cost accounting, inventory controls, budgeting, and manufacturing cost analysis.

You will drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting while guiding a team of finance professionals. You will provide actionable insights to improve productivity, profitability, working capital, and operational effectiveness, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory controls.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4 Hana, OneStream).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to site leadership and operations.
• Provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions to drive performance.
• Support operational decision-making through modeling and scenario analysis.
• Translate results into actionable operational insights and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, cost center management, and KPI reporting.
