Responsibilities

• Provide in depth financial performance analysis and reporting, identifying root causes and actions.
• Lead annual budget development including staffing, revenue, margin and expense plans.
• Support operational initiatives with financial analysis and tracking.
• Ensure timely execution of financial deliverables and communicate results to leadership.
• Develop reporting mechanisms for senior management and drive continuous process improvement.
