Job summary

Gallo is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial performance and business insights across cross-functional teams. You will manage month-end close, planning, and forecasting while partnering with senior leadership to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.

You will guide design and maintenance of reporting systems and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management. Coaching and mentoring the team will be essential to drive innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Leadership experience to include coaching and developing others or managing complex or cross-functional projects.
Willingness to travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end processes, annual operating plans, and strategic financial forecasting.
Partner with senior leadership to identify trends, streamline processes, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain business analysis and reporting systems for agility and competitiveness.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management to drive initiatives.
Coach, mentor, and develop the team to foster bold thinking and innovation.
